Pet Urn Display creates handmade pet memorial products, including personalized memorial frames, keepsake displays, photo frames, fur keepsake pieces, key holders, urn displays, and other remembrance items.

Many of our products are custom-made and may include pet names, dates, photos, messages, fur keepsake areas, or other personalization details provided by the customer.

Custom and Personalized Products

Many products sold by Pet Urn Display are handmade and personalized based on the information provided by the customer.

Memorial dates
Pet photos
Custom messages
Special requests
Fur keepsake details
Product color or display preferences

Customers are responsible for making sure all personalization details are correct before submitting them. This includes spelling, dates, photo quality, and any special instructions.

Once production has started on a personalized item, changes may not be possible.

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error made by Pet Urn Display.

Photo Uploads and Customer Content

Customers may be asked to upload or send pet photos and personalization details after placing an order.

By submitting photos or information to Pet Urn Display, you confirm that you have the right to use and share those images and details for the purpose of creating your custom product.

Uploaded pet photos are used only to create your personalized order unless you give permission for promotional use.

Pet Urn Display will not sell or share your uploaded pet photos with unrelated third parties.

Please make sure your photos are clear and high quality. Poor-quality, blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos may affect the final result of your product.

Handmade and 3D Printed Products

Each product is handmade with care. Some items are created using 3D printing technology.

Because of the handmade and 3D printed process, small variations may occur, including:

Minor texture differences
Visible layer lines
Slight color variations
Small surface imperfections
Small differences in finish or appearance

These natural variations are part of the handmade process and do not make the item defective.

Production Time

Production times may vary depending on:

Product complexity
Personalization requirements
Customer response time
Availability of materials

Estimated production times are provided as a guide only. We do our best to complete orders as quickly as possible, but delays may happen.

If required personalization details or photos are missing, production may be delayed until the information is received.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, weather, holidays, or delays outside of our control.

Pet Urn Display is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs
Incorrect addresses
Missing customer information
Weather delays
Postal service disruptions

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged during shipping

After reviewing the issue, Pet Urn Display may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate.

Refunds and Returns

Incorrect information provided by the customer
Spelling mistakes submitted by the customer
Wrong dates submitted by the customer
Low-quality photos provided by the customer
Personalized items already made
Minor handmade or 3D printed variations

Cancellations

Once production has started on a custom or personalized item, cancellations may not be possible.
